A superb and excellent example of a rare antique William Howson Taylor Ruskin Pottery high fired jug/pitcher with angular handle - a most beautiful arts and crafts design and example of British Art Pottery.  The bulbous jug has a magenta colour firing with green spot transmutations.  The firing is well controlled and even, particularly over such an unusual shape which is also finely potted.
